How To Join Our Network Of Providers:
We have a network of providers for the following services:

1. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Daycare
2. Cognitive Mentoring Certified After-School Service
3. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Brain Boost Camp Affiliate
4. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Summer Brain Boost Camp Affiliate

Requirements & Fees

1. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Daycare
Requirements
Must take the following courses with us:
a.  If daycare pre-existent, you must provide copies of
     promotional material, advertising copy and present
     enrollment list and copies of any licensure, certification
     and or proof of legal operation if you have it.
b.  Intro to Child Care or show proof of competency.
c.  Child Development Associate Course or show proof of competency.
d.  Child Cognitive Mentor Therapist Course I
e.  Continuing Ed Courses every 6 months.

Fees
Course tuition depending on courses needed.
$250 registration & certification fee once academic requirements are met.
$30 per child / weekly.  For children already registered - if you have a daycare already in existence - we will accept only $20 from those enrollments.  New enrollments will be at the $30 rate.

2. Cognitive Mentoring Certified After-School Service
Requirements
Must take the following courses with us:
a.  Intro to After-Schooling with Cognitive Benefit.
b.  Child Cognitive Mentor Therapist Course I
c.  Continuing Ed Courses every 6 months.

Fees
Course tuition depending on courses needed.
$250 registration & certification fee once academic requirements are met.
$12 per enrolled child / weekly. 

3. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Brain Boost Camp Affiliate
Requirements
Must take the following courses with us:
a.  Intro to Child Care or show proof of competency.
b.  Child Development Associate Course or show proof of competency.
c.  Child Cognitive Mentor Therapist Course I
d.  Continuing Ed Courses every 6 months.

Fees
Course tuition depending on courses needed.
$250 registration & certification fee once academic requirements are met.
$10 per child / weekly.
 

4. Cognitive Mentoring Certified Summer Brain Boost Camp Affiliate
Requirements
Must have qualified during the previous six months as an affiliate under #3 above and have completed or be registered in the following courses:
a.  Child Cognitive Mentor Therapist Course II
b.  Continuing Ed Courses every 6 months.

Fees
$1,250 registration & certification fee once six month pre-requisite is met.
$100 per child / weekly during summer program.

All affiliate programs within the eastern Queens area have pool access at our Queens Village site included in their package.
