The Cognitive Mentoring Method for Infants & Toddlers which focuses
on modeling and developing the quintessential elements to ensure the
highest possible cognitive induction for your child along with
instilling a foundation of sound essentials for healthy growth and
development: building responsive relationships with children and
families. The programs are founded on the most advanced scholarly work
in the field of cognitive modeling and mentoring and developmental
psychology.

Our goal is to provide a
developmentally appropriate and individualized learning environment for
each child to enable him/her to grow physically, emotionally, socially and
cognitively. Our classroom is “child–centered.” We facilitate and guide
children into making appropriate choices. We stretch a child's mind with
new experiences and activities daily.
For young children, meaningful and long-lasting learning requires active
thinking and
experimenting to find out how things work. This is best accomplished
through purposeful play facilitated by highly intentional teaching
practices. We do this in a safe, loving
and caring environment providing each child with a sense of security,
trust and belonging. We know that when children feel safe, they are more
able to explore not only materials but also their relationships with peers
and adults. |

Deciding on child care is an
important decision, especially if overnight stays are needed. We are a

The program is designed to provide children with a warm, supportive, positive and informative environment where they have an opportunity to enjoy activities, make choices, develop responsibilities, and stimulate their curiosity. Efforts are directed toward developing a strong sense of community with our environment becoming "the neighborhood" to which children come to after school hours. Your child will be treated with consideration and respect and, in turn, will be encouraged to treat peers and adults in the same manner. |
|
For students who are having severe trouble in their school work we highly suggest that you enroll them in our regular after-school program found above this article in addition to this Saturday program or, better still, the Weekly Saturday Cognitive Brain-Boost Camp found in the next section below. All our programs have helped failing students to be promoted with their classes. The earlier your child is registered the better it will be for their present and future success. |

home. Enroll them in our recess camp where they will maintain their
daily educational schedule and have lots of fun with other kids. |
